Universal USB Installer:

Universal USB Installer is a free live Linux USB flash device creation application that enables users to quickly create a live USB flash device with an ISO image from any Linux distribution, standard computer utility, and Microsoft Windows. This is not the same as a ‘live CD’ which supports only a single OS. Universal USB Device Installer can work with any operating system. That is installed on your PC. Install USB Devices:

The universal USB device installer is designed to make it easy for non-technical users to install USB devices such as digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDAs), mobile phones, and other electronic gadgets. USD will install all needed drivers and scripts required to convert the USB images into a working computer program. You need a computer with Windows installed and a web browser.
